As Country President, Doyle will play a pivotal role in scaling growth for Schneider Electric Ireland by leveraging the company’s diverse portfolio of products and services.

Doyle's Previous Roles and Experience at Schneider Electric

Doyle, who joined Schneider Electric in 2020, has held various leadership roles within the company. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Customer Operations for the UK and Ireland, where she led customer care and strategies aimed at transforming the digital experience for customers. In addition, Doyle served as Senior Director of Field Service Operations, where she earned recognition for driving success, transforming internal processes, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Driving Growth and Energy Solutions in Ireland

“There is a huge opportunity in Ireland to reduce carbon emissions across industry and buildings, while simultaneously driving growth and profitability,” said Doyle. “I am eager to work closely with our talented team to continue growing the market for digital and electrical solutions, enabling grids of the future, and helping to drive the energy transition in Ireland.”

Commitment to Mentoring and Supporting Others

Doyle also emphasised her passion for mentoring and supporting others, particularly new mothers returning to work. As a mother of two herself, she is dedicated to helping others grow in their careers, which she views as an essential part of her leadership approach.
