An Adelaide-based engineering business has set up a new facility in Dungannon.

The company designs, manufactures and installs machinery for mineral processing, aggregates and mining. Invest NI has offered the firm £49,000 in support for the new positions, three of which have already been filled.

Although headquartered in Australia, Dynamic Equipment also has offices in the US and Malaysia. “We first established Dynamic Equipment due to the increasing demand in the global market for high quality mineral processing, aggregate and mining equipment,” said Mr Ritchie.

“Choosing Northern Ireland was an easy choice for our business and we have been impressed with the high calibre of talent on offer here. “Invest NI’s support has also been instrumental in our decision to set up here and its support to bring new staff on board will ensure that we form a team which will strengthen our global business. We have already recruited three new staff and are very much looking forward to continuing recruitment and progressing our ambitious growth plans.”

Ethna McNamee, Invest NI’s western regional manager said the “highly innovative” firm would strengthen mid Ulster’s reputation as a manufacturing hub.
